David Kerzner Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer |
| Mr. Kerzner has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
since our inception in October 2003, and upon filing to become public has
assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. From 2001 to
October 2003, Mr. Kerzner served as the Chief Executive Officer of
ASPRO Technologies Ltd., a company that was in the business of
developing digital video management systems for the security industry.
From 1998 until 2001 Mr. Kerzner served as the Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of Paradigm Advanced Technologies, a company that
developed Global Positioning System location tracking command and
control solutions used to track vehicles and other assets for homeland security. |

Ron Yekutiel Co-founder and Chairman |
Mr. Yekutiel has served as the President, Chief Operating Officer
and Director since our inception in October 2003, and upon filing to
become public has assumed the role of Chairman. From 2000 to
October 2003, Mr. Yekutiel held a variety of positions in Paradigm
Advanced Technologies, a company that developed Global Positioning
System location tracking command and control solutions used to track
vehicles and other assets for homeland security, serving his last position
during his tenure as a Senior Vice-President. From 2000 to October
2003, Mr. Yekutiel founded and served as the General Manager of
Destinator, a division of Paradigm Advanced Technologies a global
provider of PDA-based location platforms. In 2001, Mr. Yekutiel also
founded and served as General Manager of GPSoft Ltd., a subsidiary of
Paradigm Advanced Technologies which was an R&D company that
developed both hardware and software for location based platforms.
Mr. Yekutiel received his M.B.A. with Honors from The Wharton School,
majoring both in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management. Prior to that
Mr. Yekutiel attended Tel Aviv University, School of Engineering. From
1993 to 1999 Mr. Yekutiel served as a military officer. |

Fauzi Zamir Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer |
Mr. Zamir has served as our Chief Operating Officer since July 2007 and Chief Financial Officer since July 2006.
From December 2005 to July 2006 Mr. Zamir was engaged as a
consultant by us to perform similar functions. From October 2002 to
December 2005, Mr. Zamir co-founded and served as a Principal of Genesis
Analytics Inc., a company that provides a unique web-based credit scoring
model which evaluates the risk of lending to new small businesses. From
July 2000 to September 2002, Mr. Zamir was a co-founder and Executive
Vice President of Electronic Financial Group, a web-enabled financial
intermediary focused on small-ticket equipment financing. From 1994 to
2000, Mr. Zamir started and served as the Managing Director for the
Canadian consumer financing business of Newcourt Credit Group (now C1T).
From 1984 to 1993, Mr. Zamir served in numerous roles at First City Trust,
the last four as its Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Zamir received his B.A. in economics from the University of Punjab in
Pakistan and obtained his Canadian Chartered Accountancy designation in
Ontario. |

Tom Chapman Vice President, Global Sales |
| Mr. Chapman has served as our Vice President of Global Sales since
July 2007. Mr. Chapman has held various sales positions within the security
industry for the last 25 years, and prior to joining VisualGate Systems, Mr.
Chapman was the Vice President of Sales, North America at Samsung 360
from August 2006. From January 2000 to August 2006, Mr. Chapman served
as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of National Accounts North
America at GVI Samsung CCTV, a CCTV distribution company. From April
1985 to January 2000, Mr. Chapman served as Sales Representative,
National Accounts Manager and held both Branch Manager and Sales
Managers positions for ADT security services, a security solutions company,
based in both Canada and the US. From October 1981 to April 1, 1985, Mr.
Chapman served as a Sales Representative for Wells Fargo Alarms, a
company that provided residential and commercial security solutions. |

Malcolm Robins Vice President, Business Development |
| Mr. Robins has served as our Vice President of Business Development
since July 2004. From May 2002 to June 2004, Mr. Robins served as the
General Manager of the Hosted Solutions Division of Charon Systems,
subsequently bought by Bell Canada. From February 2001 to April 2002 Mr.
Robins was Vice President of worldwide sales for Wireless Networks Inc. a
company that developed wireless networking products. From 2000 to 2001,
Mr. Robins was the Vice President of Business Development of PowerLOC
Technologies, a subsidiary of Paradigm Advanced Technologies. From 1997
to 2000, Mr. Robins was President of Mandatek Marketing Inc., a company
that was a Manufacturer's Representative for enterprise software solutions.
From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Robins served as a Business Development Manager
at Clearnet Communications (now Telus) in their launch of the CDMA PCS
service. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Robins served as Manager of
Telecommunication Products and Services for Hartco Enterprises Inc. a master
franchisor of MicroAge, CompuSmart and CompuCentre computer stores. Prior
to that Mr. Robins served in various management roles at Sharp Electronics of
Canada and Zenith Data Systems. |

Yossi Ronnen Vice President, Software Development |
Mr. Ronnen has served as our Vice President of Software Development since
February 2005. From January 2003 to November 2004 Mr. Ronnen served as R&D
Manager at Artis Multimedia a company that develops document imaging and
workflow systems. From September 2000, to November 2002, Mr. Ronnen served
as Server Applications Manager at Career Harmony Inc., a company that develops
web-based HR manpower assessment software. From 1999 to 2000 Mr. Ronnen
served as Team Lead at Amdocs Inc., a company that develops billing software for
telecommunications software. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Ronnen served as software
developer at Compro Software, a company that develops custom software solutions
primarily for the military. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Ronnen served as a software
developer at Instent/Medtronic Inc.
Mr. Ronnen received his B.Sc. from Ben Gurion University, Israel, majoring in Industrial
Engineering with specialty in Information Systems. Mr. Ronnen is also a certified
Project Management Professional. |

Isaac Glick Vice President, Hardware Development |
Mr. Glick has served as our Vice President of Hardware Development since July
2006. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Glick served as Vice President Operations at Luxell
Technologies, a manufacturer of advanced displays for avionics and defense. From
2000 to 2002, Mr. Glick served as Director Operations at Identicard, a manufacturer
of optical variable security devices for document authentication. From 1998 to 2000,
Mr. Glick served as Director, Quality Assurance of Nanowave Technologies, a
manufacturer of microwave electronics sub-systems for defense applications. From
1992 to 1998 Mr. Glick served as Manager, Core Technologies Support, of Litton
Systems Limited Canada, a manufacturer of internal navigation instruments and
displays. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Glick served as Director, Quality Assurance, at
ITS Electronics, microwave supercomponents for defense applications.
Mr. Glick received his Executive M.B.A. from Dalhousie University, where he majored
in operations control in industrial organizations. Mr. Glick received a PhD in Applied
Physics and Material Engineering and a MSc. in Physical Chemistry, Materials and
Processes from University of Tel Aviv. |
