	VisualGate targets three distinct types of customers: Homeland Security/Defense - high security compounds, borders, airports, occupied territories Corporations and businesses - banks, asset management, car dealerships, retail chains, residential and commercial high rise buildings, shopping plazas, gaming industry General consumers - small businesses and homes The company intends to engage in relationships with four types of partners in order to efficiently service its markets: Original Equipment Manufacturers - video cameras, digital video recorders System Integrators & Value Added Resellers - alarm panel manufacturers, call-centre software developers Distributors & Retailers - of the likes of ADI, Ingram Micro's, Radio Shack Service Providers - alarm call centres, ISPs, Location Service Providers The OEMs are expected to private label and resell our solutions in return for quantity commitments. System Integrators will integrate their technology and products as part of a complete security solution for which they will dedicate their sales and marketing resources and cater to specific market segments. Distributors will sell both to professional installers (high-end systems) and through retailers, directly to consumers (plug n' play systems). Service providers will share the ongoing service revenues with VisualGate Systems Inc.
